The growth of this business has led to the group's investment in a dedicated facility for the global management of its business in this highly specialised industry. In January 2009, Thor Personal Care opened the doors of its newly constructed headquarters at Compiègne near Paris.
The site comprises two 1,200m² buildings; one houses the offices responsible for product development and marketing worldwide and the other laboratories covering technical service, application development and in vitro testing for our customers. The award winning building enables Thor to better serve the personal care customers’ needs and to respond to their evolving requirements for innovation.
Thor's personal care facility brings the number of the group's sales and technical sites to 14, with 8 manufacturing plants strategically located worldwide. This extensive global network ensures both supply and support are within easy reach of all markets.
